RAÏNARAÏ
The food
Nomadic Algerian cuisine, born between North Africa, the Mediterranean and the road in between. Spices carried in jars, recipes carried in memory.
Laurent Med Khellout cooks the way a storyteller speaks: each plate is a place, a person, a journey. Come for the food — stay for what it opens.
Laurent Med Khellout — The Nomadic Culinary Artist
Laurent is a character in his own right. He draws on his creativity to constantly imagine, invent and create new dishes. He sees himself as an artist before a cook, allowing spices, colours and aromas to guide his inspiration.
His strength lies in bringing together spices and flavours from around the world, combining them until they find a unique and harmonious balance on the palate. Every dish becomes a composition, every menu a new story.
With Laurent, every bite is a journey — through cultures, encounters and the paths of the nomad. His cuisine is not simply about eating; it is an invitation to travel through a menu.
