Hey, I'm Laurent
Twenty-four years ago I started Raïnaraï and introduced this country to the nomadic kitchen I grew up with. Three places in Amsterdam later, I'm opening a restaurant in the Centrale Markthal — the biggest room I've ever cooked in, and the one that feels most like home.
I cook without a fixed recipe, with what the season gives me. Come hungry and bring your loved ones.

How to enter the Centrale Markthal
The opening is waiting for you, and finding us is easier than it looks. Head for Jan van Galenstraat 4, leave your bike at the spot marked for it, follow the bright red carpet and step into the world of House of Nomads.
